"I really like it. I've tried a bread made out of teff which was as hard as a rock. Your bread is substantial and does not fall apart when you make a sandwich but it is also soft and doesn't give my jaws a workout. It is more like the texture of what my wheat-eating son calls "real bread!" Toasted, it takes great, too. I like the "molassey" flavor which reminds me of a Boston brown bread. It nice that the bread and the buns are so different. Sometimes, companies tend to make the same type of thing in a different shape. My daughter eats gluten free products as well and she loved this bread toasted. Thanks again!"
