What is this event?
Sponsored by the Gluten Intolerance Group, this event brings many local GF "Foodie vendors" together under one roof.
Last year we had over 200 attendees. You will have the opportunity to sample and purchase many new and innovative GF products on the market. This event is a "must do"
for anyone or family member living with a gluten intolerance. We of course will be there. If you haven't tried our products yet, this will be the perfect opportunity.

Rachel, our production manager, took a trip to New Jersey to test a dough depositor our for us. It was a successful journey. We found the perfect equipment to increase production!

We attended the Food Services of America Food Show at the Oregon Expo. Wow, what a great event! Vendors of all kinds were displaying there products!

We participated at the Oregon Restaurant and Lodging Association's annual convention in Bend, OR.We met many restaurant owners and executive chefs throughout Oregon. We heard many stories how they have been searching for the quality gluten free foods. Debbie and I made hamburgers and sandwiches and showed our products at the vendor showcase. We are working closely with many of the contacts we made.
A trip to Las Vegas to attend the IBIE (International Bakery Industry Exposition) was an opportunity to meet with many manufacturing and packaging experts. This venue included thousands of vendors in the industry. We are getting all the tools necessary to automate our operation during our growth.
August, 2010
August was the month of meetings! Many hours were spent discussing the growth of our business. We garnished some new customers, and are on the road to finding our niche in the food service industry. Our goal is provide great GF Food to restaurants, so they can provide their customers with Gluten Free options.

Today we were a part of the Oregon Restaurant Associations 2010 Open. We are just about a month away from moving into our commercial kitchen space; words cannot express our excitement! We hope to be in production by the end of May, if not sooner. We premiered our "Better Buns" at this years' annual "Time to Market" showcase held at the Food Innovation Center in Portland, Oregon. The response to the product was overwhelmingly positive!
Over one-hundred folks strolled through the array of various vendors, sampling and chatting. For three hours we talked to people about our passion to produce a tasty gluten free bread product, and we heard countless stories about how difficult it is to find good gluten free bread. It's amazing how many people have a gluten-intolerance problem, or know someone who does; this makes it all the more satisfying to know that our customers are as eager to enjoy our products as we are to provide them!
