Jensen's Bread and Bakeries produces a line of gluten free bread for distribution to the the grocery and food service industry. Our products have the distinction of tasting as good as their wheat containing counterparts. Our company motto, "Bringing taste and quality to gluten free living" springs for our desire to produce products that are not only appreciated by gluten intolerant consumers, but also appeal to their friends and family members.
During our initial product development and testing, we were not satisfied with producing buns or bread that gluten intolerant testers said tasted "pretty good for gluten free". Our goal has been to create bread products that anyone can taste and say,
"Wow, that's great bread!"
